About Course
A simple, practical approach based on the body and breath, designed to support children in regulating their emotions and restoring their inner calm—especially during times of challenges and crises.
This training offers a simple approach that combines both responsive and preventive aspects:
We work with children to:
- Release suppressed emotions in safe and natural ways
- Understand and integrate big feelings
- Return to a state of balance and a sense of safety
At the same time, we provide them with tools they can use anytime, anywhere—without the need for any materials—helping them develop:
- Emotional awareness
- Embodiment (a sense of being present in the body)
- Psychological resilience (expanding their window of tolerance)
This is not just a technique but a practical way to support children in becoming more grounded, expressive, and connected to themselves.
